Providence Wealth was founded by Sam Taylor and Daniel Baxter, bringing together over 20 years of combined experience across property, investment, and deal structuring.

Sam Taylor began his career in property nearly two decades ago, going on to become a founding director at Purplebricks, where he spent eight years scaling a region from a standing start to over £10 million in annual turnover. That experience gave him a deep, practical understanding of UK property market dynamics, investor behaviour, and what it takes to build a business on trust rather than transactions.

Daniel Baxter has spent many years operating within the property investment sector, overseeing millions of pounds in client capital across multiple developments. His focus is on rigorous due diligence, developer assessment, and financial viability, ensuring every opportunity stands up to scrutiny beyond its headline returns.

Having worked together before founding Providence Wealth, Sam and Daniel built the business on a simple principle: every investment presented must be one they would be prepared to make themselves. Where appropriate, they co-invest alongside clients, aligning their interests directly with the performance of the asset.
